Cruel  people tied explosives to this poor dogs neck and set them off, severely injuring him. This was done purely for sick twisted pleasure, and if they did it once, chances are they have already done it, and will do it again.

This story needs to be circulated, so the sick individuals involved are brought to justice before they can harm more animals for "fun". It needs to be a lesson to other animal abusers, you will be caught.
