House Bill 1684 guarantees every landowner to their fair share to no less than 12.5% of the sales price to be when the gas enters a marketable form at an interstate pipeline.

This means that no amont of deduction will ever allow your share to be less than 12.5%.

The gas companies have disregarded this when most have signed.

 Studies show the majority have signed with recieving far less than the guaranteed amount that house bill 1684 protects, not knowing that they have!

Because of this many landowners are now in finnancial crisis, and being charged for gas companies taking what landowners own: Natural Gas

This is why we must sign the petition to also ammend the bill to include retroactive royalties!

If House Bill 1684 is ignored for retroactive and/or future relevance, then this could lead to a major debt for those who own their mineral rights.
