We, the undersigned, want airlines to abolish bans on the carriage of certain dog breeds, and instead have stringent dog crate requirements in place and/or accept behavior testing from certified animal behaviorists. Breed Specific Regulations - often require identification of a dog’s breed which is extremely difficult. ie: In 2007, only an estimated 2% of dogs were registered with a kennel club. The rest had undocumented parentage. Animal Control Officers and Veterinarians are not trained to identify breeds and often use a checklist of characteristics which are subjective (head is medium length, neck is muscular). Our Airline Companies and employees should not be in the business of "Pedigree Profiling."
Stop Breed Specific Airline Restrictions

Stop Breed Specific Airline Restrictions
Our Airline Companies and employees should not be in the business of "racial profiling."
