13 year old Christian spent much of his life in a cage at his home in Gary, Indiana. He was allegedly beaten regularly by his father until he was murdered. He wrote letters begging for help. He told a doctor. As many as 13 people knew about the abuse and did nothing. This law would make it a felony to ignore child abuse. We couldn't save Christian. Maybe we can save another child.
