While the Citizens United decision is allowed to stand, we no longer live in a country where voting is meaningful. When it was announced polls showed that 81%  of Americans on both sides of the aisle were opposed to this decision. The fact that a majority of our politicians have not picked up this mandate and run with it, shows how deeply they are connected to the elite few in this country who have the deepest pockets. Return American democracy to the people. Overturn Citizens United.
