OUSD, Tony Smith, his cabinet, and outside and corporately funded groups are actively trying to bust the teachers' union. Whatever the guise, be it Mutual Matching or The Four Autonomys, the Oakland School District needs to bargain with is hard working teachers instead of being influenced by outside influences and the current negative dialogue of the 'bad' teacher.
