Fiscal mismanagement of State & federal Funding meant for the Blind , & being spent with no oversight & on State Staff for there personal use & Pleasure Bar-B-Cue grills, leather jackets & expensive dinners & trips. Complete disregard of the Disabled Blind /clients there hired & trusted to oversee & promote the RSA Law & it's programs for the Blinds gainful employment.
