500,000 people in South Kordofan and Blue Nile states, Sudan now face deliberate, imminent starvation as their government continues to bomb them and deny them humanitarian aid.

Our Operation Sudan Rescue - Sudan Aid Delivery Proposal requests immediate air-based delivery of pre-positioned humanitarian relief to affected civilians now.

Our aid delivery proposal answers all of the government of Sudan's expressed "concerns" regarding humanitarian aid delivery and protects civilians:

1. Aid is delivered directly to civilians, and

2. As aid is delivered by air in smaller parcels directly to affected communities, there would not be a large contingency of aid workers entering or remaining in Sudan

3. Bombing of civilians would likely be reduced due to an international observatory presence whose main purpose would be the delivery of emergency humanitarian relief
