I would like to start a petition to make it mandatory and a law that you must recycle similar to Las Vegas.  Out on your front driveway you must have your blue boxes that have every thing in their own containers, glass, plastic, and paper.  This will generate money for the state as well as bettering the economy.  The states must do something to create jobs, money and the enhance the only thing that is still great!  The land!
