About this Petition Petition Letter

Right now, this is the most important issue the administration is facing.  Why doesn't it seem that way to those in charge?  Please accept all foreign nations' offers to help.  Spend what it takes and hire all the out-of-work fisherman to focus on clean up and saving animals, shoreline, the Gulf, and livelihoods. (a win-win) Take control and stop this horrendous, continuous assalt on nature. Stop the oil flow NOW.

It seems this issue has faded to the background, but the oil flow continues. Stopping the flow should be the paramount focus of the Obama Administration. Foreign offers to assist should be welcomed. Money spent on hiring anyone and everyone out of work in the region to work towards clean up and restoration should be done. Why isn't every effort (foreign, domestic, business, government, citizen, everyone) being made to stop this?
