We are opening "Bikinis" a Barcelona style eatery, a restaurant with a full menu, tasteful background music, open for lunch and dinner with regular restaurant hours and most importantly reasonable prices, a good alternative for so many on a budget.

We plan to serve good coffee and quality teas, fresh juices, healthy salads and dishes, yummy sandwiches (Bikinis) and delicious desserts best complemented with a nice refreshing "Clara" (beer & orange lime soda), a fruity glass of sangria (wine & fresh fruits) as well as quality beer and wines.

Our hours of operation will be 11am to Midnight Sunday trough Thursday and 11am to 2am Fridays and Saturdays. Our windows and outdoors will close at 10pm daily.

But hold on! What is a Bikini you might be wondering..certantly its not the staff serving food on a speedo or any bathing attire, no, thats not it!

Bikini is a style of toasted sandwich from coastal Spain ( Barcelona, Mallorca Catalonia in general). It's similar to a grilled cheese sandwich, but we are expanding that concept by offering a yummy variety of melting Bikinis filled with quality cheeses and meats, as well as veggie choices for vegetarians.

In addition, its very important to us to include and promote a friendly youngster menu for lunch time, so we can offer the kids from nearby schools an alternative to the deli processed foods and promote good eating habits amongst them.

Seasonally, we will be supporting local artists by exhibiting/hanging their work on the walls of our restaurant starting with an exhibit of our block portraits by neighbor and supporter Marlis Momber, a photographer who has been recording the neighborhood for the last 30 years.
