A homeless man sleeps while NYPD officers shoot his dog in cold blood. The dog is left to bleed out on the middle of the street as a crowd looks on. The officers call backup to then subdue the unrest of the onlooking crowd.

The police officer showed no remorse what so ever. This act was completely inhumane and shows little respect for any animal.
