Give a disclaimer before segments with descriptions of violence.

The Issue

Listening to the news is important, but frequently, and without warning, there are news segments that address violent topics that are not appropriate for children, and possibly deeply disturbing for other people as well (former victimes, veterans, those with PTSD, etc.). It is important to give people an opportunity to turn off the raido before the segment starts, rather than rushing to the mute button mid-description. We post disclaimers about the possiblity of sex in a segment; descriptions of violence should receive disclaimers as well.
