Nova Scotia introduced a Digital Media Tax Credit as a "financial incentive for producers to come to work in Nova Scotia and to hire Nova Scotians... to help companies develop products like video games and websites."

After reviewing the disqualification of Stitch Media (http://ow.ly/by7SN), I feel that the process of assessing eligibility is flawed and requires review.
