As a loyal customer of Nokia's products I believe that I deserve to be treated the same way I treat them. I have gone through all of their Symbian and even repeater phones even though they were slow and very laggy I remained a loyal customer.

Nokia and AT&T announced the Nokia Lumia 920 to be exclusive only to AT&T. That means that T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint will not be getting the Lumia 920, perhaps the 820 only.

As loyal customers, we shouldn't need to change plans so that we get the phone we want. We should not settle for the lower spec. phone. We should be getting the top notch phone, or at least some free accessories such as a wireless charger, wireless headphones, etc...

As loyal customers, we never gave up on Nokia so why would they give up on us? It makes no sense for them to make their top notch phone exclusive to the company that sells for their competitors, the iPhone. They will lose money and loyal customers. It would be sad to see a world without Nokia and Windows Phone but it looks like its going to be that way.

We want answers and we want the phone. It isn't right how Nokia is treating their customers.
