H.R. 1024 (2011) A BILL: To prohibit entities from using Federal funds to contribute to political campaigns or participate in lobbying activities.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘No Taxpayer Money for Corporate Campaigns Act of 2011’.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON THE USE OF FEDERAL FUNDS FOR CAMPAIGN AND LOBBYING ACTIVITIES.

(a)  Prohibition- With respect to Federal funds received by an entity, other than a natural person, it shall be unlawful for such entity to—

(1) use such funds to advocate the election or defeat of a political candidate;

(2) use such funds for voter registration activities or get-out-the-vote activities;

(3) use such funds to engage in any lobbying activity; or

(4) donate such funds to any entity that advocates for the election or defeat of a political candidate or engages in lobbying activities.

They are written, as with shadows of darkness in the whole volume of corporate nature, by the hand of the evil divinity itself; and can never be erased or obscured by mortal power.”

We the Corporations of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Corporate Constitution for the United States of America.

Please note the misspelling of the word “defence” is (Reprint Twenty-Fourth ed., 2009, UNITED STATES SENATE 111th Congress, 1st Session July 29, 2009) and indeed not ours...

Richard SandsPetition StarterRichard, a Retired PI, is Board Chair/President of “Michigan Rescue and Restore Coalition” and CEO - Board Chairman, on two other non-profit organizations “Universal Life Church Anti-Slavery Coalition” a faith-based group, “AhEeCOSH” the “Adult Entertainment Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health” group, including a Michigan Family Ambassador for - United Support and Memorial for Workplace Fatalities. Richard continues to work with victims, their families and organizations including local, state and federal government levels to enact new ordinances, regulations or standards and laws to help protect our nations workers health and safety, equal protection and due process rights within the United States and aboard from the ongoing criminal enterprises of human – modern day slavery and drug trafficking. Currently Richard is finishing his Master of Arts Degree in Social Justice at Marygrove College in Detroit.
