In Aruba there is no stenographer, no tape recordings or any recordings used in court and the court reporters only make notes if the Judge instructs them to. This then leaves room for severe corruption to be done and for crucial information and evidence to be changed and lost from the record. This is something that is happening in Aruba on a day to day basis. Many innocent people are being convicted and the guilty are being set free based on connections and race.
