I am writing to let you know my strong opposition to any use of the NAS-JRB Willow Grove as an airport.  I firmly believe that an airport at this location will adversely affect the quality of life in our local communities.  Many, but not all, of my concerns include: 

1) The safety of residents and their children of the Horsham, Hatboro, Montgomery Township and the surrounding communities from future potential air crashes,

2)  Decreased property values,

3)  Lost tax revenue,

4)  Noise and air pollution,

5)  A future airport in Horsham, Montgomery County controlled by official in Bucks County,

6)  The high likelihood for the airport to become a reliever airport for Philadelphia International Airport,

7)  Increased burden on Horsham Township roads and municipal services (especially police, fire and rescue),

8)  Increased traffic burden in the Township and surrounding communities.  

Please consider my position and join in rejecting any proposal that attempts to utilize the runway at NAS-JRB Willow Grove for an airport.
