The 3ds is a great console for on the go gaming and the eshop has greatly contributed to the usability of the 3ds as a portable system. However since it has been released, the 3ds has only had a handful of popular games released on the eshop. If popular GameBoyAdvance titles were released to the eshop then the value of the 3ds as a portable gaming system would increase immensely. The 3ds has so much potential as a great portable system, but the lack of available games has dampened its ability to be the system it could be.

Piracy will always be an issue regardless of the availability of games. This is a sad truth. However there is something seriously wrong when the only option for playing these games is to resort to piracy. Although nintendo releasing these games will not eliminate piracy all together, it will reduce it.
