Because the system is flawed. It has been manipulated by automatic bots, programs, and Nike employees.  We understand why it was put into place. But like any rule or law people find a way to beat the system. Once the system has been beaten its on the people or company that created to fix it adjust it or remodel. Said company being Nike.
