Impeach Keene District Court Judge Edward Burke

The Issue

Judge Edward Burke lied to have a resident of Keene, NH wrongfully imprisoned for two days in violation of his oath to the New Hampshire Constitution.

New Hampshire Constitution Part I, Article 22:

[Art.] 22. [Free Speech; Liberty of the Press.] Free speech and liberty of the press are essential to the security of freedom in a state: They ought, therefore, to be inviolably preserved.

Liberty of the press is NOT inviolably preserved when judges can lie to have innocent members of the free press imprisoned for simply asking questions about their public acts!
