We presently have an Economic Philosophy and Capital Market that puts economic emphasis on the creation of paper and electronic dollars, (otherwise known as profits)rather than the creation of goods and services. Essential goods and services such as Health Care, Effective Green Initiatives (jobs), Salvation of Family Farms, Green Sustainable Urban Development, is difficult to finance because the capital markets are rewarded with tax shelters for creating more paper dollars at the expense of essential goods and Services.  Greed is rewarded.  We need and economic order in which preservation of family, land, and life is rewarded. The word "Economy" should be legislated as meaning the "Economic goals and aspirations of People."  eliminate the present meaning of achieving maximum paper profits. Congress can write legislation to achieve this. They can also, with the help of the President, either reform or eliminate the Federal Reserve.  Let U.S. Treasury and Congress Contol Money Supply as outlined in the Constitution.
