In 2016, the sports first chance to be in the Olympics has been granted by the Olympic committee and the people who live in NY need a place to train. The NYS Parks system have banned kitesurfing on all beaches which is not right. The beaches are public and should be allowed to be used by everyone with equal stature as long as we are not endangering anyone why should this be an issue ? People are allowed to surf, why can't we have a kitesurfing area designated ? Please sign we need access to beaches !
