Residents and politicians of New York City’s five boroughs, along with Long Island shall no more have influences and decision making capabilities that affect the lives, political beliefs and economy of those who live in upstate central and western New York State.

All points and borders south of Orange and Putnam Counties shall be become its own state and be called South New York while all points north and west of the boundary shall be called North New York.
