There are no North Carolina Laws or regulations for Commercial Dog Breeders who sell puppies directly to the general public.
The Commercial Dog Breeder's bill (HB 930) would require Commercial Dog Breeders to provide sanitary conditions, safe housing, veterinary care, parasite prevention and daily exercise.
HB 930 has passed the NC House of Representatives with overwhelming support. Now HB 930 must pass through the Senate.
