To arrest and charge the perpertrators of the recent animal cruelty cases

The Issue

Crimes against animals are not to be taken lightly nor to be considered minor cases. These are serious crimes, mostly cognizable.
In the most cases, people wishing to report such cases are harassed and victimized by the local authorities and Police
It has been scientifically proven that when animal crimes that are ignored and the perpetrators go unpunished, they continue their horrific crime spree to include women and children.
