DAVID MATSON was arrested November 2012, in Lebanon, Tn, as he was seen leaving a wooded area covered in blood .  He confessed to authorities to  getting a "Free to a Good Home" puppy off Craigslist. He  then beat it severely with a tire iron and threw it against a tree,  causing its death. At that time he confessed to murdering 5-6 other dogs he had gotten off Craigslist. Trial has been set for November, 2013 in Wilson County, TN.
He has been placed on PAID ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE as of November 2012 and will continue receiving a FULL SALARY until the trial in November 2013!

THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!! STOP THE SALARY FOR A CONFESSED SERIAL DOG KILLER!
