The biggest problem overcoming the introduction of banning all weapons presently held by the American population is the reluctance to change The Constitution which allows all US citizens to bear arms. This petition seeks to make all weapons introduce this Reverse Bullet technology., thus allowing the continuation of the right to bear arms, and honour The US Constitution, but also would, in my mind, drastically reduce deaths by guns. , although, and this has to be admitted as a disclaimer as well as a warning, those guns can be used 'at own risk'.
A provision would be to allow all weapon owners to hand in their weapons and have them retro- fitted with the Reverse Bullet technology or hand them in for an exchange of a new gun with the same technology.
A win-win for society.

PS: The 'Reverse Bullet' technology involves the bullet reversing back to the shooter inside the barrel, instead to the target or the victim. The 'shooter' would become the target.
