As Superintendent of District 203, Mark Mitrovich has repeatedly mishandled the entire process surrounding the "Enrollment Capacity Study" that is currently under review.

Naperville is a special place; we are a community that is passionate about our children, our schools, and our city. Each and every one of our elementary schools, our middle schools, and our high schools serves as the nexus for our relationships and it is these relationships that define our community.

Any superintendent that does not understand how vital these relationships are is not fit to serve. Mr. Mitrovich appears to be pursuing his own personal redistricting agenda that is not in the best interest of our children or our schools. In so doing, he has demonstrated a lack of understanding of our community and our values.

Respectfully, please consider this a vote in favor of relieving Mark Mitrovich of his duties effective immediately.
