No animal should ever be subjected to cruel behavior, but there is a service animal that has been abused numerous times in plain view of the citizens in this town. The dog has been muzzeled in the 100+ degree weather, therefore not allowing it to drink or pant to cool itself. It's been beaten, choked, dragged and more. It's an outrage that nothing is being done to protect this beautiful animal. One person has reported that the police report they filed about the abuse has been lost.
