LIttle Hailey Owens, 10 years old was abducted and murdered a few blocks away from home in Springfield, MO. She was heading home after playing with a friend when Craig M. Woods grabbed her and threw her in his truck. They found Hailey's helpless little body a couple blocks from her home. Hailey was 5-foot-2, about 90 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She didn't stand a chance against a 45 year old monster. Harsher punishment should be implemeneted for such heinous crimes against these innocent little children.

This proposed petition would require an immediate death penalty after they are found guilty and/or castration of the offender.
