Foie Gras is a CRUEL product, it is the enlarged liver of a Duck or Goose that is force feed continually throughout the day for it's entire lifetime via a long tube or hose - forced down its throat causing PAIN, DISTRESS, and SICKNESS (hence the enlarged liver).

These ducks live in Factory Farmed conditions in a miserable cycle of feeding!

The practice would be ILLEGAL in Australia to Farm as it is against our own Animal Welfare Laws - yet Restaurants can import the product!
