We the undersigned, ask the authorities to proceed immediately in hiring an adequate amount of special police officers with the right skills, knowledge and verified affection and understanding towards animals, so that they may create the core of the Animal Police unit, a team which can achieve results by using its powers to fight and investigate criminal acts against animals.
