The government has already made a heap of changes to the education of our vulnerable young NZrs.Firstly National standards were introduced,then small special education units were closed and now they are looking at closing a further 4 residential special needs schools.The government needs to look more closely at the impact from the closure of these undervalued schools will have on families and children. I am passionate about giving my support to this worthy fight because I have a child who is successively transitioning back to school from the help,education and support Westbridge Residential School has given.So please sign this petition and lets fight to protect our vulnerable young children.
