The recent Halifax Region Municipality Elections saw the overwhelming Favorite raise some $342,000 in donations from largely the business community. Mr. Savage is a decent man and a decent politician. There has been recent backlash for the sheer size of the total collected. Meanwhile 4 year old Payton Given of nearby Sackville is one of a set or triplets. She is 4 years old and stricken with Cerebal Palsy and cannot walk and is need of a wheelchair. Her mother recently died of a blood disorder with no Life Insurance.
