Microsoft has been cooperative in recovery of accounts stolen by hackers who steal accounts for the Microsoft points on the accounts in order to purchase various downloadable content in the game FIFA 12. While they restore all funds on the account and return the account to the original owner, they do not remove the game FIFA 12 from the played games history. Under normal circumstances, a played game will remain in one's history forever, however many of those who have had their accounts stolen wish to have the game removed for reasons varying from ruining their game completion percentage to having it on their account as a played game being a constant reminder that their account was stolen from them at one point. Therefore, we kindly ask Microsoft to remove the game FIFA 12 from the accounts of those who have had their accounts stolen from them.
