You should support this petition because this law was voted on and passed by 63% of the residents of Michigan yet our elected officials feel they can do whatever they want even if it is wrong, goes against the electorate and violates the rights of patients. He has given medical records of patients on the medical marijuana program to the Fed's in violation of HIPPA law! No other state has done this! I believe we need 20,000 signatures and we have over 40,000 registered Medical Marijuana users in Michigan with about 70,000 applications turned in to date! Make your voice heard in Lansing and in Washington! Keep your hands off us!! State Attorney Shutte is trying to make things so difficult for caregivers that it would drive the cost to manufacture medication out of reach or not worth it for the caregiver to do. On the other side, he is trying to enact laws that would severely limit transfers of medication making it impossible for many patients to acquire medication! Under the guise of improving the program he is implementing his own agenda by forcing the medical marijuana program underground and illegal once more!
