As duly elected representaives, it is your responsibilty to ensure that the rights of the people of the state of Michigan are not undermined by those who would trample the constitution, and make a mockery of the system of democracy, which ensures the people's right to petition their government in order to redress their concerns. To silence the voice of more than 200,000 registered voters over a question of font size- a thing which clearly does not alter the meaning of the petition, nor the signer's ability to understand the petition- is clearly unethical, immoral and unconstitutional. We the people of the United States, want to send a clear message to Michigan representatives: "We are watching you. We will not tolerate corruption in government, at any level. We will stand with the citizens of Michigan, supporting their cause. Our eyes will be focused upon the Michigan Court of Appeals, and upon all levels of the Michigan government, until justice is done and democracy is restored in its full, original form.
