The Issue
Avonte Oquendo has been missing since Oct. 4, 2013. Avonte is 14, Autistic and Non-verbal and in extreme danger. It is believed by family Avonte is being held against his will. This by definition is kidnapping. The FBI routinely handles missing person / children cases. It's time for them to get and involved and work to bring Avonte Oquendo home.
