Hope fought so hard to live after being tied up with an electrical wire in a tree and hung. The cord severed her trachea and left the wound you saw in the picture. Hope lived nearly a week with that wound, until there was nothing more the vets could do for her. The man that did this was Dionte Davis as named in news report . He is nineteen years old and he deserves the maximum sentence of ten years. MAXIMUM SENTENCE. This boy will end up killing a human. He'll end up in a gang. He'll end up the next person we see on the news killing people in the cities. These types of people need reformed and only PRISON can do this for him.
