The ABCC is seeking to change the law by stealth, introduce a vastly inflated license fee for the state's smallest breweries, and restrict pub licensing and distribution rights by moving the goalposts on what constitutes a 'farmer brewery'. They're ignoring their own precedents and stopping start-up enterprises from opening their doors, and potentially endangering the survival of existing craft breweries - all for a few $'s and the benefit of the large breweries who want to squash the craft beer segment. Help us keep MA at the forefront of the movement to Real Beer and stop the ABCC from this unfair, unconstitutional and profoundly ill-conceived 'review' of existing law.
