This property refuses to properly take care of the mice infestations and other pest problems here at this property and causing everyone to live in a health risk environment. The past year has been a nightmare, I paid for a living hell, which wasn't fair to myself or my two small children. I have caught 13 mice the first 8 months of living at my apartment. I've had no choice but to vacate my apartment Feb 5, 2012 after my daughter was forced to have to crawl in mouse droppings and urine day to day. The mice have done everything from eating snacks out of my baby bag to chewing holes in my daughters clothes (in the middle of winter), to giving birth in a burrow they made in my kitchen. To make matters worst property manager Terry told me it wasn't his job to patch entry holes anymore and that I was the only one complaining. I spoke to other residents and I wasn't surprised at all that I infact was NOT the only one complaining. I called Maryland Management in which they told me I'd have to deal with Terry. Terry does nothing but diesrespect me and countless others here at Middle Branch Manor yet miraculously still maintains his job.
