For many years, Utah has had it in for pot smokers. Due to the fact that over 35,000 taxpayer dollars go toward just one inmate per year, it seems as though the state has it in for everyone else as well. Many Utah legislators are adamant about state sovereignty concerning government aid and regulation, isn't it time they put their money where their mouth is and start really exercising their individual state rights? Legalize, monetize!
