No pleading down for sexually based offenses that involve any form of violence or molestation.  Too many rapists and molestors are granted plea deals, which also exempt them from having to register as sexual offenders.  Many serve no time in prison, and are free to rape again.  It's well past time to strengthen laws to protect our women and children from sexual predators.
