Thousands of people (in the United States and in many other countries) suffer the abuses known as Organized Stalking, Electronic Harassment & Electronic Assault - sometimes for decades. Despite this fact, there is currently no official public acknowledgement of these crimes, no official protocol for investigating them and - sadly - no mandate to investigate. Though there are a few government and law enforcement officials who feel free to publicly acknowledge the existence of any of these crimes, few have the equipment and/or know-how to launch an investigation.
