MAKE IT MANDATORY FOR JURORS TO BE PROPERLY EDUCATED

The Issue

 

WOULD YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER JUDGED BY A JURY WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROFESSIONAL WITNESSES ARE SAYING? IF NOT, SIGN MY PETITION TO MAKE IT MANDATORY FOR JURORS TO HAVE THE PROPER EDUCTION REQUIRED TO DECIDE A CASE

JURORS SHOULD HAVE THE PROPER EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE TO BE ABLE TO JUDGE THE CASE ON WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED.  THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY CASES THAT THE JUROR DOES NOT KNOW OR UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE EVEN MAKING A JUDGEMENT ON.

IF A CASE INVOLVES COMPUTERS REQUIRE THAT THE JUROR BE EDUCATED IN COMPUTERS.  IF THE CASE INVOLVES RAPE OF ANY KIND, REQUIRE THE JUROR BE EDUCATED IN THE MEDICAL FIELDS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE DECISION ON IF THE PERSON HAS BEEN RAPED OR NOT.  THERE ARE TOO MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE IN PRISONS RIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF UNEDUCATED JURORS WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE MEDICAL EVIDENCE TO DECIDE SUCH A CASE.  ALL JURORS SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A CERTAIN DEGREE OF COLLEGE AND ALSO PROVEN EDUCATION IN WHATEVER CASE THEY WILL BE DECIDING UPON.

I have started this petition because i know my brother is an innocent man and is not guilty of these crimes he has been wrongfully convected of. He was not given a fair trail at all. Two of the jury members actually know me and my brother and worked with us at Whirlpool Corp. When this was told to his attorney they still remained on the jury. There was also alot of tampering with the evidence such as the DNA was negative but came up missing so Jody could not use it as proof he was not guilty to the jury. A poorly, unmonitored audio recording was played in front of the jury of the girls interview. This was suppose to be video taped and was not. His lawyer was suppose to be present for the interview and he was not.
