There is a store on Etsy.com that sells "greeting cards" that are "congratulating" parents on the birth of their child with Down syndrome and promising "I can count to potato".   Despite numerous attempts to get Etsy to enforce their own Terms of Service (the store's name is even a profane word), they are dragging their feet.
