Why This Is Important

If you live in the state of New York, you DO NOT have access to the best health care in the world.

Did you know that living in New York State makes you ineligible to have your hair analyzed for minerals and toxic metals?  Many valuable, cutting-edge laboratory assessments are not available in the state of New York. Why? Because New York State officials think they know better than you and your doctor what is best for you.

If you would like to utilize the services of  many out-of-state labs, given the present state of affairs, you'll need to move out of New York State... to any other state in the country...or even to another country...Pakistan will do (no kidding!).

Let's put an end to this "health care dictatorship". Sign this petition to help gain full access to the best lab tests available.

Give New Yorkers Access to the Lab Tests Available to other Americans

Greetings,

We need your help to give New Yorkers and their doctors the freedom to order laboratory tests that are available to the residents of the other 49 states.

New York State officials have limited the availability of laboratory tests to New York State citizens. Many tests that are available in all the other states are not allowed in New York. Doctors and the patients who are being treated should be the ones to decide what diagnostic evaluation is most appropriate.

New York requires out-of-state labs to get a New York license. Many labs do not want to go through the expense and difficulty when they already have other state and federal licenses. New York State health care consumers are the ones who suffer as they cannot access the unique and valuable tests from many out-of-state laboratories.

Please help remedy this situation. Let's put health care decisions back where they belong: with the patient and their doctor.
