We all know the story of the Pevensies and their magical romp through Narnia.  But, not everyone knows the trials and misadventures of Elwin Ransom in the Space Trilogy.  It does not have to be that way, and it shouldn't.

C.S. Lewis' masterpiece, The Space Trilogy, never garnered near the attention as Lewis' more famous work, The Chronicles of Narnia, but that is a shame, because The Trilogy makes for an equally compelling story fit for the big screen: vast scale, rich characters, adventure, drama, a bit of romance and comic relief, and relevant, deep, inspirational, and thought-provoking themes.
