In North Carolina alone there are 100 counties. In one of these counties the local animal shelter euthanizes around 20,000 dogs alone, each year. This is not including cats.Something must be done about this. We are petitioning that all counties in North Carolina be required by law, to have all pet's spayed or neutered by 5 months of age. This would cut down on the amount of animals entering the shelters ,which could lead to all of our shelters becoming No Kill Shelters. It's time something be done. We the people are asking that this law be passed.
